With over 15 years of dedicated service as a chef at Kasba, he brings a wealth of experience and a passion for crafting exceptional culinary dishes all of our guests have come to cherish and savour.

Next up is a delicious shore-lunch prepared by your professional Kasba guide. Shore lunch puts a delicious culinary spin on a traditional way of eating: preparing and cooking fish lakeside over an open flame. No bland fish here, though: our guides are experienced chefs and will bring the necessary ingredients to cook a delicious meal with a full flavor profile. You’ll get to watch your guide clean, fillet, prepare, and cook your day’s catch. This is the time when your guide shows off his culinary skills. With the morning catch in hand your personal guide becomes your personal chef.
