Shore lunch puts a delicious culinary spin on a traditional way of eating: preparing and cooking fish lakeside over an open flame. No bland fish here, though: our guides are experienced chefs and will bring the necessary ingredients to cook a delicious meal with a full flavor profile. You'll get to watch your guide clean, fillet, prepare, and cook your day's catch. This is the time when your guide shows off his culinary skills. With the morning catch in hand your personal guide becomes your personal chef.

One popular dish enjoyed on shore lunch features trout, flavored with lemon, onion, and garlic, pan-seared or baked over an open flame in a foil pouch with new potatoes.
