This spectacular Canada fishing getaway provides opportunities for anglers that you’ll have to see to believe. You won’t have to make up “fish stories” for your friends back home: You’ll have plenty of them, and they’ll all be true. We want to give you all the tools you need to make your Canada fishing getaway the very best it can be, and that starts with providing you with the right tackle - that you can either purchase or rent—to reel in the big ones time after time. Whether you’re interested in spin casting for Lake Trout, fly fishing for Grayling or bait casting for Northern Pike, we’ll provide you with the equipment and tackle you need to make your stay with us the Canada fishing getaway of a lifetime.
Utilizing the proper tackle will add to your enjoyment and fishing success. For your convenience, all line, lures, flies and leaders described below are available for purchase at the lodge. Upon request we are pleased to offer spinning, casting and fly fishing outfits for daily rental. All fishing at Kasba Lake Lodge is done with barbless hooks.
Northern Pike

- Floating lines use a fly line one size up from the rod weight-an 8-wt. rod uses a 9-wt. line.
